WELCOME TO YOUR BRAND NEW HOME!

Revelation chapter 21 verses 1 through 5:

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of god is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

  1. Placed in a new heaven and a new earth.
  2. Prescribed with a new name.
  3. Portrayed as the most beautiful place you could ever imagine.
  4. Planned for an eternity of joy and bliss with nothing bad anywhere!

The bible describes a little about what your new home will be like:

  1. You will have a mansion, John 14:2.
  2. Your new home, called the new Jerusalem, will be a city built foursquare, Revelation 21:16.
  3. Your heavenly city will have walls of jasper, gates of pearl, and streets of gold, see verses 18 and 21.
  4. Your heavenly home will always shine with the light of the Lamb and the glory of god, verse 23.
  5. Your heavenly abode will not be contaminated with any evil, and only saved people will live there, see verses 24 and 27.
  6. Your heavenly dwelling will be enhanced and beautified by a pure river of water of life and by the tree of life, chapter 22 verses 1 and 2.

Closing thought: The neat thing about your brand new home is that you will be with God the Father, the Lord Jesus Christ, and your loved ones for ever and ever; there will be no more parting! Revelation 22 verses 3 through 5.
